Germany ELMOS has announced the launch of a new generation of three-phase brushless (BLDC) motor controller chip based on E523.81. The chip integrates the necessary intelligent functions, without the need to write any application software, simply by the parameters of the chip configuration to adapt to different motor parameters and performance requirements, the use of wizard tools to start. The chip is controlled by sine wave, the motor running is very quiet, so especially for vehicles in the vehicle noise requirements of the place.

The solution can directly drive the motor connected to it, and if the wiring between the PCB and the motor is very long, additional components may be required at the M1-M3 pin of the chip for EMC and ESD compatibility. The chip has a junction temperature range of -40 ° C to + 170 ° C, making the solution suitable for use in very demanding temperature environments.
