IXYS Integrated Circuits Division, formerly Clare, Inc., an IXYS Company, designs, manufactures, and markets high-voltage integrated circuits (ICs) and optically isolated Solid State Relays (OptoMOS®) for the communication, industrial, power, and consumer markets.
